APURVA SHAH
Apurva moved from New York to Raleigh, NC over a decade ago. Real Estate has always been a passion for him and has become a way of life for the last 15 years. Growing up, he learned the development and operations side of the business by working alongside his father. Today, at JAYS Investments, LLC his focus is on residential/commercial real estate investments, including renovation rehab, office, multifamily, and mobile home parks. He works very closely with other investors to also teach them how to run the business.
Apurva has completed over $75MM in real estate transactions and manages an eight figure portfolio with JAYS Investments, LLC. with backend focus on operations, negotiating deals for value add properties, and managing the current and future portfolio.

JACK YEN
Jack has a background in data science and currently focuses on the front-end data research and financing analytics for every real estate transaction at JAYS Investments, LLC. Jack started his career in real estate with a growing value-add portfolio ranging from SFH, condos, small multifamily and mobile home parks in Charlotte, Raleigh/Durham, and Memphis market. His entrepreneurship also includes Mission X Escape Room in Durham, NC. Jack is also a strong believer in Robert Kiyosaki’s “Rich Dad Poor Dad’ mindset, and his goal is to help other investors to achieve their long term financial independence through investing in real estate. Today Jack is working on streamlining the pipeline process for future real estate deals and building out our broker network.
Managing Partner
Kristi Woerner is a seasoned real estate and operations professional with over 25 years of experience in property management, real estate sales, and investment-focused operations. She holds a degree in Business Administration and has been a licensed real estate professional since 2000, currently serving as a Broker-in-Charge. Her experience includes managing teams, coordinating vendors, overseeing budgets and P&L performance, and implementing scalable systems to support long-term growth.
As a real estate investor and business owner, Kristi brings an owner-minded, hands-on approach to asset performance. She is known for her practical leadership style, operational discipline, and ability to align day-to-day execution with strategic goals.

Kristina has a background in filing income taxes and bookkeeping for a large outfit in San Antonio, Texas. Originally from Louisburg, NC she moved back recently and joined JAYS Investments, LLC to manage and coordinate the day to day operations with the current and future portfolio. She provides immense value with her expertise in building efficiencies and coordinating daily operations for the properties. Kristina loves numbers and continues to deliver a safe, family friendly, community experience to all our tenants. Kristina is an avid reader and has a passion to help people in the community.

MELANIE BOLTON
Melanie brings a dedicated focus on resident experience and park operations to JAYS Investments. With a strong background in mobile home community management and customer-care driven processes, she ensures the day-to-day operations of our mobile home parks run smoothly. At JAYS Investments, Melanie oversees move-ins and move-outs, conducts inspections, manages vendor coordination, and maintains open communication with our residents. Her hands-on approach and commitment to excellence make her an essential part of the JAYS team.

Chantel brings extensive experience in manufactured housing operations and portfolio management to JAYS Investments. Chantel oversees the day-to-day operations of the regional portfolio while focusing on operational excellence, resident satisfaction, and long-term asset performance.
